Monday

     Breakfast Banana, Muller Light Smooth Toffee Yoghurt, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch 2 Slices wholemeal bread, bbq chicken, salad, cucumber, 1 tsp light mayonnaise (1 SYN)
     Dinner Homemade Hunters Chicken Slimming world syn free barbecue sauce recipe
       Snack wagon wheel (8 SYNS)

Tuesday

     Breakfast Banana, Muller Light Raspberry & Cranberry Yoghurt, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch BBQ Chicken, Salad, cucumber, carrots wrapped in Ham x 4, grapes
      Afternoon Snack Alpen Light Jaffa Cake Bar (1/2 HEB)
     Dinner Sausage, Egg, Chips, Beans - probably full of syns but I had tea at my mum and dads 
      Snack wagon wheel (8 SYNS)

Wednesday

     Dinner Pork Chop, baked potato and salad, lighter than light mayonnaise (1/2 SYN)

     Breakfast Bad day again with it being year end in work and being a busy week I went the canteen and had sausage and hashbrown Barm, ooops
       Lunch Ham Salad, cucumber, carrots, grapes, Lighter than Light Mayonaise (1/2 SYN)
     Dinner Corned Beef Hash
     Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)

Saturday

     Breakfast Sausage and scrambled egg on toast
       Lunch Five guys cheeseburger and fries
     Dinner Pizza

Sorry I have had an off day today but I really wanted to try Five guys and see what all the fuss was about

Sunday

     Dinner Gammon, Sweet Potato fries and veg

      Exercise Day 1 4 minute HIIT Workout Challenge

I am changing my routine up a bit as of today and just going to incorporate some exercise in to my day. I started the 4 Minute HIIT Workout Challenge by Lucy Wyndham-Read. Its only 4 minutes a day but its better than what I am doing now and it will start to build my strength a bit to move on to something else after I have done this.

  5. Well done you! 2lbs is a good start. Im of the slowly slowly lose weight camp. It will hopefully stay off if you keep up the good! The healthy hunters chicken sounds good. You'll have to share the homemade BBQ sauce recipe?!? Keep it up #abrandnewday
