Weight Loss Journey #4

Monday 25th April to Sunday 1st May 2016



Start Weight 10 stone 12 lbs
Weight loss 0 lbs

I have stayed the same as last week which I am surprised about because if you have read my last update weight loss journey 3 I didn't stick to the diet for more than half of the week.

Monday

     Breakfast Banana, Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch Apple, Clementine, Chicken Salad Sandwich
     Dinner Pork Chop, Cheese Macaroni, Sweet Corn
      Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)
      Exercise 

Tuesday
     Breakfast Banana, Muller Light Vanilla Yoghurt, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch Apple, Clementine, Baked Potato, Baked Beans and cheese
     Dinner Chicken Curry and Chips
     Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)
    Exercise 
                   
Wednesday
     Breakfast  Banana, Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch Apple, Clementine, Baked Potato, Baked Beans and cheese (HEA)
     Dinner Chicken, Rice & Veg
      Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)
    Exercise

Thursday
     Breakfast No breakfast
       Lunch Chicken Burger and chips @The Glass Horse
     Dinner Pork Chop, chips and salad
     Snack Cake - numerous syns
    Exercise

Friday
     Breakfast Bad day again sausage and hash brown barm
       Lunch Chicken mayo sandwich, crisps, Apple, Clementine
     Dinner Meatballs and spaghetti
     Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)
     Exercise

I haven't tracked these last 2 days with being out at a christening Sunday and I forgot Saturday oopps.

  2. Wow, well done staying the same. Adrenaline and stress may not be advised for weight loss on a regular basis though. Glad this week has picked up. I'm totally impressed you record it all down, I'd struggle to do this. Or maybe struggle to tell the truth! Thanks for linking to #abrandnewday
