       Lunch Apple, Clementine, Baked Potato, Baked Beans and cheese
     Dinner Chinese from the chippy
     Snack Wagon Wheel (8 SYNS)

Wednesday
     Breakfast  Banana, Muller Light Vanilla Yoghurt, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch Apple, Clementine, Tomato & Herb Mugshot, Ready Salted Hula Hoops (6 SYNS)
     Dinner Slimming World BBQ Chicken Pasta
      Snack Wagon Wheel (8 SYNS)
    Exercise

Thursday
     Breakfast Sausage and Hash Brown Barm
       Lunch KFC Twister Zinger Meal
     Dinner Pork Chop, chips and salad
     Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)

Friday
     Breakfast Sausage and Hash Brown Barm
       Lunch Chicken mayo sandwich, crisps, Apple, Clementine
      Dinner Crispy chilli beef and fried rice

Saturday
     Breakfast 2 Chicken and paprika sausages (0.5 SYNS), bacon, egg and beans - salted caramel green tea 
       Lunch Tuna Sandwich
     Dinner BBQ

Sunday
     Breakfast Bread with peanut butter
       Lunch Picnic at the park
     Dinner Slimming world KFC Chicken, Gravy, Chips and Mixed Veg
     Snack Drifter bar (5 SYNS)
