  1. I am on this journey too but have lost motivation after losing the first stone but today I am back on it!

  2. So far I have lost a total of 8 solid pounds. I have been working my butt off to get it to stay off. I think the protien shakes I am drinking are helping.#abrandnewday

  3. I've not weighed in a while. Now I've stopped exercising as much I really need to watch my food intake, or continue with exercise! You made it through a whole week recording! That is a great achievement! Good luck this bank holiday weekend!! Ty for linking to #abrandnewday
